The Pahrump Valley Fire & Rescue will lift the burn moratorium on Monday, October 31st at 8 am.
The Department asks residents to please use caution since it is Halloween and there will be children trick-or-treating that evening.
Open burning is subject to Pahrump Town Ordinance no. 28 and includes the requirement for property owners to acquire a burn permit with valid liability property insurance.
